This incredible no oil vegan salad dressing is low in fat and high in flavor. I quadruple this recipe and put it in a plastic dispenser bottle. I keep at work and one at home.
An inexpensive salad dressing your guests won’t believe contains NO OIL.
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp mustard (any kind)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp agave nectar (amber)
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice (other citruses like lemon, lime will work well also)
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
Use a food processor or finely dice dates. Place the remaining ingredients in the processor or whisk together in a bowl.
