No oil, no cheese vegan nachos. Try these on a Sunday when you’re watching your favorite football team! Note: I also use this sauce over broccoli and other vegetables. It’s the best!

I started the plant based diet in mid-October 2010. By New Year’s Day 2011, I had lost 26 pounds. I feel healthier and I don’t feel sluggish after eating a meal. As a Type 2 diabetic, my sugar levels don’t spike and my intake of oral medications has greatly reduced. My goal is no meds.
